Originally from Texas, I have spent most of my life here. Although I had several different jobs, the most important was being a mother of five wonderful, beautiful, smart, and talented children. The second was teaching school. I am retired and live in the Austin, Texas area and am enjoying my grandchildren and serving in a local recovery group. Retirement has allowed me to pursue my passions of cooking, quilting, reading, and of course, writing. I have been exceedingly blessed.
